Good Food But Poor Service

I just having my lunch at Chamkar.

I had been staying in Cambodia for half year at Pnom Penh, what can I commend is the food really nice and delicious.

But they kept me waiting long even though no other customer at the time, no plain water serve in hot and thirsty day. Waiters had less smile and no greeting, from ordering food until finished payment. No welcome, no thank you, ....without any word... :<
